This two week residential Course is open to anyone that has successfully attended a GC L1 Course and has taken the principles presented seriously, an established Morning Sitting practice is a requirement to attendance.

The preparation of meals (Kitchen Work) and cleaning (House Work) are part of the course.

We'll host a GC L1-2-2.5 directed by RF during the first week, while preparing for several LCG performances around the area, including a high profile show in Barcelona on Saturday February 9th.

During the second week the focus will be on rehearsing and fine tuning the LCG Performance team.

Visitors are welcome.
