Departures: Wednesday April 2nd after 15:00 hs (3 PM)

This Course is open to anyone who wishes to attend, the NST (New Standard Tuning) and several GC basic techniques will be presented, an Introduction for some and a way of reviewing/reconnecting for others.

Mariela Cárdenas (Certified AT Teacher) will introduce the Alexander Technique and Luciano Pietrafesa Tai Chi for beginners..

In order to participate you need to send an Application Letter, focusing on the following questions:

- Who are you?
- Why do you wish to attend?
- What is your Aim?

The Seehof in Plön (110 km / 70 miles from Hamburg), is a rather small facility, an early application is necessary to reserve a place on the course.

Tuition fee: EU 590 (includes catering and housing).
