During this weekend the New Standard Tuning will be introduced, and an introduction to basic techniques, commonly used in Guitar Craft, will be given.

It is open to anyone, 18 years or older, who wishes to attend. Players of all levels are welcome to participate.

This Course is required of anyone who wishes to attend a Level One Guitar Craft Course with Robert Fripp. It is ideal for those wishing to make a beginning in the New Standard Tuning, and is recommended for anyone with prior experience in Guitar Craft who feels the need to continue their work, or to reconnect.

The focus will be on fundamental principles in the use of both hands, coordination, and the direction of attention. Work is done on steel-string acoustic guitars, using a pick.

Martin Schwutke will direct this weekend Seminar, supported by a team of experienced crafties.

There will be specific instructions in body awareness, attention, and relaxation techniques.

The Seminar will be held at a facility near Santiago de Chile. The facilities are modest but fine.

Abierto a guitarristas con o sin experiencia, desde principiantes a profesionales.

El curso proveerá una introducción a la Nueva Afinación Standard, al trabajo en los Círculos de Guitarras y a las técnicas básicas presentadas en los seminarios Guitar Craft.

Este curso es recomendado como preparacion para todos aquellos que deseen participar de un curso GC Level 1 con Robert Fripp. El minimo requisito para asistir a un curso GC L1 es haber participado de un Curso NST.

El curso estará dirigido por Martin Schwutke, instructor alemán con larga experiencia en Seminarios Guitar Craft y asistido por el Santiago Guitar Circle.

La instrucción se realizará con guitarras acústicas (cuerdas metálicas). El curso tendrá el carácter de residencial, desde el viernes 12 de diciembre a las 18:30 hrs., hasta el domingo 14 de diciembre a las 14:30 hrs.
