ARGENTINA PERFORMANCE PROJECT
Buenos Aires, Argentina

Friday 18th of October to Saturday 14th of December, 2002

This project will be directed by Martin Schwutke and Fernando Kabusacki, assisted by Claudio Lafalce and Martin de Aguirre. Jesica Nardeli and Pablo Coria (MSTAT) will work on the Alexander Technique.

This non-residential project is open for Crafties with previous experience willing to work intensely on Performance and it will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

For those who don't live in Buenos Aires, the Project will provide a "decent and comfortable although probably not luxurious" place to stay in Buenos Aires during the 8 weeks.

The primary aims of the Project:

The formation of a solid Performance Team based in Argentina.

The opportunity of an intense and continuous performance experience during which we will alternate between different performance environments and situations: amateur, semi-pro, pro; bars, churches, recording studios, radio and TV studios, and high visibility performances in some of the main auditoriums of the Argentinean scene. The complete performances schedule will be presented on October 18th, at the beginning of the Project.

Beginning: Friday 18 October 2002, 20:00hs
Completion: Saturday 14 December 2002

During the first weekend (October 18-October 20 2002) we will work within the Introduction to the Guitar Circle Weekend in Castelar, Buenos Aires. After the first weekend and for the whole duration of the Project the rehearsals, classes and meetings (group and individuals) will be held in Buenos Aires City. Room will also be given to small groups to present their work.

This Project offers a unique opportunity to test our enthusiasm in a supportive/challenging environment during 8 weeks of serious work.
