WEEKEND INTRODUCTION to the GUITAR CIRCLE and the NEW STANDARD TUNING

This Weekend is open to anyone who wishes to attend. It will provide an introduction to the work in the Guitar Circle, the New Standard Tuning and some of the techniques, principles and practices presented in Guitar Craft Courses. It will also provide an opportunity for Crafties with a need to review and reconnect.

The weekend will be directed by Martin Schwutke (Los Gauchos Alemanes, Buenos Aires and Berlin Guitar Circle, The League of Crafty Guitarists) and Fernando Kabusacki (Los Gauchos Alemanes, Buenos Aires and Berlin Guitar Circle), assisted by a team of experienced members of the Buenos Aires Guitar Circle. The Alexander Technique will be presented by Jessica Nardeli and Pablo Coria (MSTAT).

The weekend will be held at Casa de Retiros del Sagrado Corazón in Castelar, Buenos Aires, between Friday October 18 and Sunday October 20, 2002.

For English speakers, translations will be available.

The cost for the weekend, including group and individual instruction, lodging and all meals will be US$ 150 ($200 for Argentineans).

In order to participate please send an application letter to Fernando Kabusacki indicating your name, experience level, and aim for participating in the weekend. A deposit of US$ 50 ($50 for Argentineans) is due by September 10th to secure your space.
