PERFORMANCE PROJECT Villa Ruhe, Alfeld, GermanySaturday 6th of July to Friday 9th of August, 2002Hernan Nuņez, Martin Schwutke, Luciano Pietrafesa, Shinkuro Matsuura, Fumihito Hatano and Cathy Stevens This 4 week Seminar is open to students that have attended at least a NST weekend, Intro to Guitar Circle or Guitar Craft Course, the first two weeks will focus on Calisthenics, preparation of Repertoire and rehearsal, the last two weeks will be mainly performing acoustic with the BGE (Berlin Guitar Ensemble) around the area and for those who can meet the challenge honorably The LCG (League of Crafty Guitarists) tour will offer an opportunity during the last 10 days. Hernan will direct this Project, assisted by Martin Schwutke, Luciano Pietrafesa, Shinkuro Matsuura and Fumihito Hatano. Cathy Stevens will be visiting us for two weeks during this month, available as an AT Teacher. Luciano Pietrafesa will give Tai Chi group classes, Martin Schwutke will present his "Use of the Body" techniques. We'll begin by hosting The Introduction to Guitar Craft, an experienced preparation team needs to arrive on July 5, all participants will be asked to contribute to Kitchen and House work, Fernando Milano is Kitchen Coordinator, Juan Piola House Manager and Mariana Scaravilli Facilitator. Requirements to be a member of the Kitchen/House Team: a drug free life, established Sitting. Students attending the Introduction might be able to stay on for some additional time or even the whole Project, if appropriate for the Course and the student. This Project offers a unique opportunity to test our enthusiasm in a supportive/challenging crafty environment during 4 weeks of serious work.
