Thursday 9th to Sunday 12th of March, 2006Sandra Bain Cushman, Rob Rushin This course offers an opportunity to study the Alexander Technique as it applies to work in the kitchen and the house. The Alexander Technique in relation to performance will also be explored. If you wish, you may bring a musical instrument or other tool of craft or trade in order to examine the relationship between the Use of the Self and the way you play and work. Your choice in this may have a bearing on the nature of our performance initiative. The course will begin Thursday evening after dinner and run through Sunday lunch. Participants in the Alexander Technique Extensive project (2004-2005) are encouraged to apply; new participants are also welcome to apply. The course will be led by Sandra Bain Cushman and Rob Rushin.
